By using the Nawadir app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Nature of the service

Nawadir is a community platform for sharing classic cars, restoration projects, listings, events, and member messaging. Nawadir is not a government registry, does not verify vehicle ownership, and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or deals between users.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be legally able to use the service in your country.
• Sign-in uses phone number. You are responsible for securing your device and session.
• Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

3. Content & conduct

• You keep rights to your content and grant Nawadir a license to host and display it to operate the platform.
• Illegal, abusive, misleading, spam, or infringing content is prohibited.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts after reports or violations, including admin disablement.

4. Marketplace & events

Sales and agreements are between users at their own risk. Nawadir is not a party to transactions and offers no warranties on price, condition, or delivery. Event registrations are subject to the organizer’s rules.

5. Notifications & support

We may send in-app or push notifications (if allowed). You can reach us via Contact Support in the app.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or business losses from use of the platform or reliance on user content.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the community.

8. Law & changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date for material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. Contact: nawadir.app.
